Bayern Munich is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Kompany as its new head coach, effective immediately. The Belgian football legend has signed a three-year contract with the club, succeeding Thomas Tuchel at the helm.
Kompany, 38, joins Bayern Munich from Burnley, where he served as head coach and led the team to a Championship title in the 2022-23 season.
