A viral video has sparked outrage and prompted an investigation by the Nigerian Police Force after a police officer was seen strangling an Uber driver while in motion. In response to the video, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has directed the Police Complaint Unit to investigate the matter.
