Nigerian singer Harrysong has opened up about the circumstances surrounding his marital woes with his ex-wife, Alexer Perez, placing blame on Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko for her alleged interference.
In a recent Instagram live video with actor Stanley Ontop, Harrysong claimed that Destiny Etiko played a significant role in his breakup, even going so far as to advise his ex-wife to end their marriage.
According to Harrysong, Destiny Etiko not only encouraged his ex-wife to leave him but also introduced her to fellow singer K-Cee, who was reportedly providing financial support. Harrysong stated, "Destiny Etiko told my wife to break up with me, and she introduced her to K-Cee, who was giving her money. She was sending messages to my wife's DM, telling her to leave me, and that she (Destiny) would take care of her. She said I was a bad guy, that I wasn't taking care of my wife, and that she (Destiny) would take care of her."
He further alleged, "My wife was getting money from K-Cee, and I didn't know. I was paying her bills, and K-Cee was sending her money too. I didn't know my wife was getting money from another man."
Harrysong and Alexer Perez married in March 2021 and have two children together. However, their marriage has been plagued by infidelity allegations and domestic violence claims. In January, an alleged WhatsApp chat between the couple surfaced, revealing their marital issues. Alexer accused Harrysong of cheating and domestic violence, while Harrysong claimed Alexer was pregnant with another man's child.
