Arsenal Football Club Announces 26-Man Squad for US Pre-Season Tour
Arsenal Football Club has revealed its 26-man squad for the upcoming pre-season tour of the United States.
Under the leadership of Manager Mikel Arteta, the team will depart on July 22 to play a series of friendly matches against top-tier opponents.
Goalkeepers
The goalkeeping roster includes Karl Hein, Tommy Setford, Lucas Nygaard, and Alexei Rojas, who will all compete for the starting position.
Defenders
The defense lineup features Ben White, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Jurrien Timber, Josh Nichols, Jakub Kiwior, Ayden Heaven, and Omar Rekik. These players will aim to solidify the team's backline during the tour.
Midfielders
In midfield, the squad boasts Thomas Partey, Jorginho, Michal Rosiak, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Martin Odegaard, Emile Smith Rowe, Fabio Vieira, Ethan Nwaneri, Salah-Eddine Oulad M'Hand, and Jimi Gower. These midfielders will compete for starting positions and look to control the game's tempo.
Forwards
The forward line includes Leandro Trossard, Reiss Nelson, Charles Sagoe Jr, Gabriel Jesus, and Eddie Nketiah, who will be responsible for leading Arsenal's attacking efforts.
Additional Players Joining Later
Gabriel Magalhães, Gabriel Martinelli, and Kai Havertz will join the Arsenal squad for pre-season from July 25. Meanwhile, Declan Rice, Aaron Ramsdale, Bukayo Saka, David Raya, and William Saliba will link up with the squad upon their return from America.
