In this season's distinctive format, contestants have entered the house in pairs. The competition is fierce, with a grand prize of N100 million, which includes N65 million in cash and various other appealing rewards, setting the stage for intense drama, strategic alliances, and memorable moments.

The premiere featured the entry of the first pair, Zion and Chinwe, also known as Zinwe. They were followed by Michky and Fairme David, who are called the Radicals, and another duo, DJ Flo and Ruthee, known as Flourish. The fourth pair, consisting of a niece and her aunt, Chinne and Nne, are referred to as Ndi Nne.

The anticipation grew with the arrival of Topher and Sooj, colleagues known as Aces, and Shaun and Victoria, close friends who go by Shatoria.
