Manchester United has officially announced that Rasmus Hojlund will wear the iconic number 9 shirt for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. 
The number 9 shirt was previously worn by Anthony Martial, who left the club after his contract ended.
Hojlund, a Danish international, scored 16 goals in 43 appearances last season. He has previously worn the number 9 shirt for his national team and during his time at Sturm Graz.
The club is currently on a pre-season tour in the United States, where they will face Arsenal, Real Betis, and Liverpool.
