Aubameyang Set to Depart Olympique Marseille for Al Qadsiah
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's tenure at Olympique Marseille is coming to an end, as the French club has agreed to let the star striker join Saudi Arabian outfit Al Qadsiah. The Gabonese international is expected to sign a contract that will keep him at the club until June 2026.
Aubameyang joined Marseille in August 2021, signing a two-year deal worth €15 million. During his stint at the Stade Vélodrome, he made 74 appearances, scoring 45 goals and providing 13 assists. His impressive form helped Marseille secure a second-place finish in Ligue 1 last season.
The striker's move to Al Qadsiah is seen as a significant coup for the Saudi Arabian club, who are looking to bolster their attack with a proven goal-scorer.
