Lamine Yamal, the 17-year-old Barcelona and Spain forward, shared a notable encounter with Kylian Mbappe in an interview with MARCA. 
Yamal's impressive performance in the European Championship has been a highlight of the tournament, helping Spain secure a spot in the final against England on Sunday.
The Barcelona youngster scored the equalizer for Spain against France before Dani Olmo netted the second as they clinched 2-1 win over the Les Blues.
Yamal revealed that the French superstar requested his jersey after the Euro 2024 semi-final match between Spain and France.
In his own words, Yamal stated: "I was asked by Mbappe, well, by a teammate in the locker room and by Chiesa on the day of Italy. The players tell me who wants it. If Mbappe asks me for it, I give it to him [laughs]. No problem. I don't know the ones I have. When we won against France, I was thinking about the final, you're so excited that you don't remember."
