Manchester United Football Club have announced that experienced defender Jonny Evans has signed a new contract extension, committing his future to the club for an additional year.
The 35-year-old Northern Irish international has agreed to terms on a one-year deal, keeping him at Old Trafford until June 2025.
Erik Ten Hag decided to reward Evans with a year contract extension given his performance last season.
If you recall that Last season, Evans made 28 appearances for Manchester United, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
Since joining Manchester United in 2021, Evans has been an integral part of the squad, making a total of 62 appearances and scoring 4 goals.
