Manchester United have reportedly reached a verbal agreement to sign Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich. The right-back is nearing a move to Old Trafford. 
However, the transfer process is being delayed by West Ham’s pursuit of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, which is affecting the timing of Mazraoui's arrival.
The clubs have settled on the terms of the transfer, with ongoing discussions about Mazraoui's personal terms. Wan-Bissaka, who was acquired by United from Crystal Palace for £50 million in 2019, has made 190 appearances for the club and is now in the final year of his contract.
Mazraoui, who joined Bayern Munich from Ajax in 2022, has spent two seasons with the German club. He previously played under Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag at Ajax, where he made 137 appearances and won six trophies, including three Eredivisie titles.
