Rodri's impressive performances throughout the tournament earned him the award, despite being substituted at halftime during the final against England due to injury.
Spain defeated England 2-1 in the final to clinch the European trophy in Berlin on Sunday night.
Rodri was forced off in the march due to an injury he sustained in the first half.
The 28-year-old Manchester City player has had a highly successful career, with a slew of accolades including two Premier League titles, the Champions League, one FA Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the Club World Cup, and the Nations League.
