Spain etched their name in European Championship history once again, defeating England 2-1 in a thrilling final at Berlin's Olympiastadion on Sunday night.

This victory marks Spain's fourth Euro title, solidifying their position as one of the international game's most dominant forces.

The match was a tense affair, with both teams showcasing their tactical prowess. Spain, spearheaded by young talents like Nico Williams and Dani Olmo, controlled possession with their signature tiki-taka style.

England, on the other hand, remained resolute in defense, relying on swift counter-attacks led by the likes of Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham.

The deadlock was finally broken in the second half by Nico Williams, who capitalized on a defensive lapse from England. However, England refused to surrender, with Cole Palmer equalizing just minutes later.

The tension escalated as the clock ticked down, but it was Spain's Mikel Oyarzabal who emerged as the hero. In a dramatic 86th-minute strike, Oyarzabal sent the Spanish faithful into a frenzy and secured the coveted trophy.
