Chelsea have reportedly offered Raheem Sterling to Arsenal as they look to create room for a potential move to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United. 
Sterling, who joined Chelsea last season from Manchester City, has found himself out of favor under new head coach Enzo Maresca.
Stripped of his No. 7 shirt, which was subsequently handed to new signing Pedro Neto, Sterling's future at Stamford Bridge appears uncertain. Chelsea is also prepared to subsidize a portion of Sterling’s substantial wages, which exceed £300,000 per week, to facilitate his departure.
Simultaneously, Chelsea is in discussions with Manchester United regarding the potential acquisition of Jadon Sancho, who has struggled to find consistent form since his arrival at Old Trafford.
Last season, Sancho was loaned to Borussia Dortmund after a public fallout with Erik ten Hag, and while he returned to United, his playing time has been limited.
Chelsea’s interest in Sancho could hinge on Sterling or another player moving in the opposite direction, though a deal remains complex and uncertain due to financial considerations.
