
Hoodlums in Kano State have been apprehended by security operatives after looting various shops and offices under the pretense of a hardship protest.
These individuals targeted several locations, seizing a range of goods including bags of rice, cartons of noodles, sacks of salt and sugar, gallons of groundnut oil, and various pieces of furniture.
The thefts occurred in multiple areas, with the perpetrators exploiting the situation to commit their crimes.
Meanwhile, The State Police Command, led by SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, has since responded to the incidents. Kiyawa shared images of the detained suspects and the stolen items that have been recovered.
