Manchester United has officially signed Sekou Kone, an 18-year-old midfielder from Mali, in the final days of the summer transfer window. 
Kone joins from Guidars FC, a club in his native country, after impressing Manchester United scouts with his performances in the U17 World Cup in late 2023. The Red Devils reportedly paid around €1.2 million to secure his services.
