Crystal Palace has announced the signing of former Arsenal goalkeeper Matt Turner on a season-long loan agreement. 
Turner, a United States international, joined Nottingham Forest from Arsenal in August 2023. During his tenure at City Ground, he made 17 appearances in the Premier League, maintaining 2 clean sheets.
Prior to his move to Nottingham Forest, Turner had joined Arsenal from the MLS club New England Revolution in January 2022. During his time at the Emirates Stadium, he made 7 appearances across all competitions, recording 4 clean sheets.
In addition to Turner, Crystal Palace has also secured the permanent transfer of Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal. Nketiah, a former Arsenal teammate of Turner, joins Palace following his time at the Emirates Stadium.
Crystal Palace's upcoming Premier League fixture is against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, September 1st.
