Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli has shared her delight in taking on her new role as a grandmother.

The movie star was recently spotted strolling with her first grandchild, baby Naya, abroad. This heartwarming moment comes after Omoni Oboli announced the arrival of her granddaughter on August 12, 2024, via her Instagram account. Her son, Tobe, and his wife, Marie, welcomed their first child, a baby girl, who they named Naya.

In a video shared by Omoni Oboli, she exclaimed, "Baby Naya's grandma on duty!" She also revealed that her focus has shifted to two things: her granddaughter Naya and her upcoming project, "THE UPRISING." She jokingly referred to them as her "besties." Omoni Oboli also took the opportunity to promote her film, "THE UPRISING: WOS3," which is set to hit cinemas on October 18.
