Ricardo Rodriguez has completed his move to Real Betis, signing a two-year contract with the Spanish club.
The Swiss defender, who is 31 years old, joined Real Betis as a free agent after his previous deal with Torino concluded.
Rodriguez is primarily known for his role as a left back but has demonstrated versatility throughout his career. He is also capable of playing in midfield and has experience as part of a back three, roles he has performed both for the Swiss national team and during his tenure at Torino.
In addition to Real Betis, Rodriguez attracted interest from several other clubs, including Inter Milan, Hoffenheim, Istanbul Basaksehir, and several teams from the Saudi Pro League. Despite these offers, Rodriguez opted for a new challenge in Spain with Real Betis.
