The rift between the brothers, Paul (Rudeboy) and Peter (Mr. P), has resurfaced due to various issues, including accusations of betrayal. Peter has also denied his brother’s claims of dishonesty, further intensifying the strain.

Yul Edochie finds it amusing when people urge the brothers to reconcile, emphasizing that true peace often comes through separation rather than forced unity. According to the actor, there are instances when maintaining distance is better for one’s well-being, suggesting that attempting to stay close in strained relationships can be damaging.

He elaborates on this point, stating that, in some cases, creating distance is essential to preserve peace and protect one’s life. Edochie remarks that life is particularly challenging for men, who often succumb to stress, and that it is crucial to prioritize personal well-being. In his view, blocking certain family members, when necessary, can be an effective strategy for maintaining peace.

Edochie states, "I see people say Rudeboy go & make peace with your brother, Mr P go & make peace with your brother, I just laugh. Many people still don’t understand what life is about. Sometimes real peace comes from staying apart. Sometimes even some family members have to be blocked to achieve peace."

He continues by emphasizing the importance of distance, "Sometimes you just have to relate with people from a distance to have peace. Trying to be close will kill you. Life is short, especially for men. Small thing man don fall. Too much stress. That’s why we have many widows everywhere." Edochie urges individuals to take charge of their lives, adding, "You have to be intentional about your life. And life na per head. Block anybody that needs to be blocked so you can have peace. Don’t look back. Fight for yourself. Stay alive."

Ultimately, Edochie acknowledges that while it is good to see PSquare together, their happiness and well-being should come first. He concludes by saying, "It’s good to see Psquare together. But if they have to stay apart to be happy and alive for us, let them stay apart. We love them regardless."
