It was learnt that this decision comes just a year after Telles joined the Saudi Pro League side. The former Manchester United left-back is now available as a free agent, opening up opportunities for a potential return to Europe or his native Brazil.
Telles began his European career with Galatasaray, joining the Turkish club in January 2014 for €6 million. During his time at Galatasaray, he made a significant impact, which eventually led to his move to FC Porto in 2016. At Porto, Telles further established himself as a top-tier left-back, contributing both defensively and offensively.
In October 2020, Telles signed with Manchester United for a fee of £15.4 million. During his tenure at Old Trafford, he made 50 appearances across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing eight assists. Despite showing promise, Telles found it challenging to secure a regular starting position, often playing second fiddle to Luke Shaw.
Telles' stint at Al Nassr saw him make 44 appearances and score three goals. However, the club and player have now parted ways by mutual consent, allowing Telles to explore new opportunities as a free agent. His availability on the market is likely to attract interest from various clubs looking to bolster their defensive options.
