Victor Osimhen has chosen to wear the number 45 jersey at Galatasaray, a number he considers his lucky charm from his time at Belgian club Charleroi.
This decision accompanies his loan move to Galatasaray after being excluded from the Napoli squad.
Nigerian broadcast journalist Onyebuchi Onokala, also known as Buchi Laba, shared this update on X, stating, "Excl: Victor Osimhen will be wearing number 45 at Galatasaray. He personally requested for that jersey number because that was his good-luck number that he wore back at Belgian club Charleroi."
Galatasaray successfully secured Osimhen on loan, a move that saw Chelsea miss out on the Nigerian striker.
