Liverpool manager Arne Slot has confirmed that goalkeeper Alisson Becker will be sidelined until after the November international break due to a hamstring injury. 
The Brazilian international sustained the injury during Liverpool's 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park today.
Alisson was forced to leave the pitch in the 79th minute after clearing the ball and immediately going down, clutching his hamstring. He was replaced by third-choice goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros, as second-choice Caoimhin Kelleher was unavailable due to illness.
Speaking after the match, Slot provided an update on Alisson's condition: "Unfortunately, Ali will not be with us in those matches, I assume, because of how he walked off the pitch." This injury means Alisson is expected to miss crucial fixtures against Arsenal and Chelsea following the international break.
Liverpool secured a narrow 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, with Diogo Jota scoring the only goal of the match in the ninth minute. Jota capitalized on a cross from Cody Gakpo, stabbing the ball past Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson. Despite several attempts from Crystal Palace to equalize, Liverpool's defense, bolstered by Alisson and later Jaros, held firm.
Liverpool's victory extends their lead at the top of the Premier League table, moving them four points clear of second-place Manchester City.
