Bruno Fernandes Red Card Curse!! Portugal Midfielder Sent Off Again For Second Time In Four Days

Manchester United's captain, Bruno Fernandes, faced a challenging week as he was sent off for the second time in just four days.

The Portuguese midfielder's first dismissal occurred last weekend during United's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur. In that match, Fernandes received a straight red card for a dangerous tackle, contributing to United's 3-0 defeat.

The troubles continued for Fernandes and Manchester United in their Europa League encounter against FC Porto last night. The match, held at Estadio do Dragao, ended in a dramatic 3-3 draw.
United initially took a commanding lead with early goals from Marcus Rashford and Rasmus Hojlund, putting them 2-0 up within the first 20 minutes. However, Porto fought back with goals from Pepe Aquino and Samu Omorodion, leveling the score by halftime. Omorodion then scored again early in the second half to give Porto a 3-2 lead.

Fernandes' second yellow card came in the 81st minute for a high boot that caught Porto defender Nehuen Perez. This left United with ten men as they struggled to find an equalizer. Despite the setback, substitute Harry Maguire managed to salvage a point for United with a header in stoppage time.
