Farida Fasasi Remembers Late Husband Sound Sultan with Emotional Gravesite Visit

 Farida Fasasi, the wife of the late Nigerian music icon Sound Sultan, recently paid a touching visit to his gravesite with their children. 

This heartfelt occasion was shared on her Instagram, where she expressed her emotions with a tribute that stated, “May Allah ease your pain and grant you comfort. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.”

Sound Sultan, born Olanrewaju Abdul-Ganiu Fasasi, passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 44 due to complications arising from Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. His untimely death was a profound loss not only to his family but also to the Nigerian music industry and his fans around the globe.
