Kazim Adeoti, husband to actress Mercy Aigbe, has recently explained his absence from his first wife Olufunso Adeoti's 50th birthday celebration.
Through a lengthy social media post, Adeoti revealed that Olufunso had specifically requested that he not attend her birthday event or post any birthday messages online. He respected her wishes by staying away from the celebration.
Although he did not attend the event, Adeoti made sure to provide financial support for the birthday celebration. He emphasized that his decision to respect Olufunso's wishes was mutual and aimed at maintaining amicable relations.
Kazim Adeoti married Mercy Aigbe in January 2022, which was surrounded by some controversy. Adeoti, who had previously resided in America with his first wife and children, now lives in Lagos, Nigeria, with his actress wife.
