This comes ahead of Belgium’s upcoming Nations League match against Israel on November 17, 2024, following their 1-0 defeat to Italy on November 14, where Onana featured in the match​​​​.

Onana, who joined Aston Villa from Everton in the summer of 2024, has earned 15 international caps for Belgium​​.
