Arsenal's Riccardo Calafiori has resumed full training with the team following a knee injury that kept him sidelined.
The Italian full-back, who suffered the injury during a Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk on October 22, has made a quicker-than-expected recovery and is set to rejoin the squad for their upcoming match against Nottingham Forest this weekend.
Calafiori's return provides a significant boost to Arsenal as they navigate through a period with multiple player injuries. The Gunners, currently sitting in 5th position in the Premier League, are keen to improve their standing with a strong performance this weekend.
Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta confirmed Calafiori’s progress, stating, "Ricci trained today, and his rehab is going really well. He will be in the squad for the match against Nottingham Forest."
With Calafiori back on the field, Arsenal aims to secure a crucial victory to bolster their league position.
