Yves Bissouma set a new record for the fastest yellow card in Premier League history during Tottenham Hotspur's 4-0 victory over Manchester City on November 23, 2024. 
The midfielder received his caution just 14 seconds into the match for a lunging challenge on City's Phil Foden, surpassing the previous record of 15 seconds held by Sadio Mané, who was booked in a 2-2 draw with Chelsea in 2022.
Tottenham's comprehensive win was marked by goals from James Maddison (13' and 20'), Pedro Porro (52'), and Brennan Johnson (90'+3'). The result also included three yellow cards for Spurs—Bissouma's early booking, as well as cautions for Pape Matar Sarr and Mohamed Kamara.
