Asake and Ayra Starr Receive 2025 MOBO Award Nominations

Nigerian duo of Asake and Ayra Starr have been nominated for the 2025 Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards in the Best International Act category, alongside renowned US-based artists Nicki Minaj, Beyoncé, and Kendrick Lamar. The nominations were announced on Wednesday, highlighting the diverse talent in this year's lineup.

South African singer Tyla, who won the Best New Artist award at the BET Awards 2024, has also been nominated in both categories.
