Barcelona has arranged for 17-year-old forward Lamine Yamal to continue his rehabilitation from a ligament injury in Dubai over the Christmas period. This strategic decision aims to expedite his recovery and facilitate an earlier return to the squad. 
Yamal sustained the injury during Barcelona's recent home defeat against Leganes. In response, the club has sent him to the United Arab Emirates, where he will undergo a specialized recovery program designed to enhance his rehabilitation process.
The young talent has been a significant contributor to Barcelona's performance this season, leading La Liga with seven assists and scoring five goals in domestic competitions. His absence has been felt, with the team experiencing a loss to Real Sociedad and a draw against Celta Vigo in his absence.
