Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has addressed recent speculation regarding Kieran Tierney's future at the club. 
Arteta stated that Tierney has not expressed a desire to leave and emphasized his commitment to the team. He remarked, "I wouldn’t play a player that is thinking about leaving or is not committed."
Arteta further highlighted Tierney's integral role within the squad, noting his recent return to form following an extended absence due to injury. "He’s a big part of the squad now," Arteta commented. "He deserves to be in the squad and played really well after such a long time."
Tierney, who has been sidelined for 15 months, is set to make his return in Arsenal's upcoming Champions League match against Sporting Lisbon. His last appearance for the club was in August 2023, and he spent the previous season on loan at Real Sociedad, where injuries limited his playtime.
Despite ongoing transfer rumors, Arteta's recent statements suggest that Tierney remains a valued member of the Arsenal squad as they progress through the season.
