Liverpool and Newcastle United played out an intense 3-3 draw at St. James’ Park during their Premier League clash.

The hosts took the lead in the 35th minute through Alexander Isak, assisted by Bruno Guimarães. Liverpool equalized early in the second half when Curtis Jones converted Mohamed Salah’s assist in the 50th minute.

Newcastle regained the advantage in the 62nd minute with Anthony Gordon finding the net, courtesy of Isak’s assist.

However, Liverpool's resilience shone as Mohamed Salah scored twice in the 68th and 83rd minutes, both set up by Trent Alexander-Arnold, giving Liverpool a late lead. In dramatic fashion, Newcastle’s Fabian Schär scored in the 90th minute, assisted by Guimarães, to ensure the points were shared.
