Chelsea midfielder Moisés Caicedo was recently photographed wearing traditional African attire, a look curated by his teammate, forward Nicolas Jackson.
Jackson, who has been introducing elements of his Senegalese and African heritage into the Chelsea dressing room, shared images of Caicedo and Spanish defender Marc Cucurella dressed in similar outfits on his social media platforms.
In November, Jackson returned from international duty dressed in an all-white kaftan, sparking interest among his teammates, including captain Enzo Fernández and Caicedo. This initiative appears to be part of Jackson's efforts to share his cultural background with his colleagues.
The trio—Jackson, Caicedo, and Cucurella—have been instrumental in Chelsea's recent performances in the Premier League. Despite recent setbacks against Everton and Fulham, the team remains in contention near the top of the table. Chelsea is scheduled to play against Ipswich on Monday, aiming to rebound from their defeat to Fulham.
