A United Kingdom tribunal has ruled in favor of deporting Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, founder of the Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Limited, popularly known as SPAC Nation, back to Nigeria.

This decision follows investigations revealing the church's financial misconduct, including failure to account for over £1.87 million in expenses and a lack of transparency in its operations.

SPAC Nation, incorporated in 2012 as a charitable organization aimed at advancing Christianity, was dissolved after a High Court ruling. Reports indicate that the organization was insolvent at the time of the hearing, filed incorrect accounts, and failed to maintain adequate financial records. It was further alleged that members were pressured to raise significant sums of money weekly under questionable circumstances.

The UK Insolvency Service found that SPAC Nation spent large amounts on venue rentals for services without owning a physical base, contributing to its financial mismanagement. While the church initially gained positive attention for its community outreach, allegations of financial exploitation from former members led to intense scrutiny and legal action
