Ange Postecoglou remains committed to his role as Tottenham Hotspur manager despite a tough run of form that has seen the team suffer multiple defeats. Following their 2-1 loss to Leicester City, which left Spurs struggling in 15th place in the Premier League, Postecoglou was asked about his future once key injured players return.
“Who knows? I'm sure there will be a fair chunk that say no. But I don’t feel isolated as the players are giving everything for this club and I've got great staff also doing the same,” Postecoglou said. Despite the mounting pressure, he emphasized the dedication from both his players and staff.
In the match against Leicester, Spurs took the lead through Richarlison’s 33rd-minute goal, but Leicester turned the game around in the second half with goals from Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss. The loss was Tottenham’s fourth consecutive defeat in the league, deepening concerns among supporters.
Postecoglou acknowledged the current difficulties, calling it the team's "lowest ebb," but added that his players continue to believe in his approach. As the team awaits the return of injured players, the manager remains focused on moving forward and improving their performances.
