Arsenal was eliminated from the FA Cup following a penalty shootout defeat to Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.


The match concluded 1-1 after extra time. Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring for United in the 52nd minute with a precise shot from just inside the box. The dynamics shifted when United's Diogo Dalot received a second yellow card, resulting in his dismissal. Arsenal capitalized on their numerical advantage, equalizing through Gabriel Magalhães in the 63rd minute.

Arsenal had a prime opportunity to secure victory when awarded a penalty, but captain Martin Ødegaard's effort was thwarted by United goalkeeper Altay Bayındır.
