This initiative is part of the club's "No More Red" campaign, launched in January 2022 in collaboration with Adidas, aiming to combat knife crime and youth violence in London.
The "No More Red" campaign focuses on providing safe spaces and opportunities for young people, building upon Arsenal's longstanding community efforts. The exclusive white kits are not available for commercial purchase; instead, they are awarded to individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the initiative.
This match marks the fourth consecutive year that Arsenal's men's team will don the all-white kit in the FA Cup third round. The women's team is also scheduled to wear the white kit in their upcoming FA Cup fourth-round match against Bristol City.
Freddie Hudson, head of Arsenal in the Community, emphasized the campaign's significance: "No More Red provides a unique opportunity to highlight four decades of our local community work that has helped to keep thousands of young people safe."
On the field, Arsenal aims to rebound from a recent 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup semi-final. Facing the defending FA Cup champions, Manchester United, presents a significant challenge as Arsenal seeks to advance in the tournament.
