Sevilla FC has completed the signing of Nigerian forward Akor Adams from Montpellier HSC.
The striker has agreed to a contract that will keep him at the Spanish club until June 2029. Reports suggest the transfer fee was approximately €5.5 million. Adams, who turns 25 on January 29, will don the number 15 jersey, previously worn by Gonzalo Montiel.

Known for his impressive combination of speed and physicality, the 1.90-meter forward had a productive spell in Norway before joining Montpellier. During his time in Norway, he represented Sogndal and Lillestrøm, establishing himself as a reliable goal scorer. His move to Sevilla represents a significant step in his career and adds him to the growing list of Nigerian players excelling in European football.

Adams is set to begin training with his new teammates under head coach García Pimienta. The club views his arrival as a strategic addition to strengthen their attacking lineup for the rest of the season.
