The recognition ceremony took place at the Government House in Port Harcourt, where Governor Fubara presented the new monarchs with Certificates of Recognition and Staff of Office.

Governor Fubara emphasized that these appointments are calls to service, urging the new monarchs to collaborate with the government in safeguarding lives and property within their domains. He stated, "Your appointment in terms of this recognition is not for personal aggrandizement, but a call for service, a responsibility to help us protect lives and property in your domains."
