In a press conference ahead of the match against AC Milan, Motta stated, "I am happy with the arrival of [Randal] Kolo Muani, we are just waiting for some final pieces of paperwork to complete the transfer: if everything goes to plan, he will be with us tomorrow, otherwise we will have him from the next match."
The 26-year-old French international is set to join Juventus on a loan deal for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, with no option or obligation to buy. Juventus will cover his full salary, estimated at €7.5 million per season. Kolo Muani, who has faced challenges during his tenure at PSG, aims to regain form and value during his time in Turin.
Despite interest from clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United, Kolo Muani opted for Juventus, influenced by a personal call from coach Thiago Motta. His arrival is expected to provide additional options in the attacking lineup, especially considering the recent absence of striker Dusan Vlahovic due to muscle fatigue.
Kolo Muani is anticipated to undergo medical examinations in Turin later this week. If all formalities are completed promptly, he may be available for selection in the upcoming match against AC Milan.
