William Saliba Set to Return for Arsenal's Crucial Clash Against Manchester City on February 2

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that defender William Saliba is expected to be fit for the upcoming home match against Manchester City on Sunday, February 2, 2025.

Saliba had been sidelined due to a hamstring injury sustained during the 2-1 victory over Tottenham.

In addition to Saliba's anticipated return, there are positive updates regarding other injured players. Bukayo Saka, who has been out since late December, was recently seen at the Emirates Stadium without crutches, indicating progress in his recovery. However, he is still expected to be sidelined until at least March.

Despite these injury challenges, Arsenal remains focused on their Premier League campaign. The upcoming fixture against Manchester City is crucial as the Gunners aim to close the gap on league leaders Liverpool.
