Bayern Munich Secures 4-3 Victory Over Holstein Kiel as Harry Kane Sets New Bundesliga Record with Two Goals

Bayern Munich secured a 4-3 victory over Holstein Kiel on Saturday, extending their lead at the top of the Bundesliga to nine points. The match, held at the Allianz Arena, saw Bayern establish a commanding 4-0 lead before conceding three goals in the final 28 minutes, leading to a tense conclusion. 

Jamal Musiala opened the scoring in the 19th minute, followed by Harry Kane's header in first-half stoppage time. Kane added his second goal shortly after the break, setting a new Bundesliga record with 55 goals in his first 50 league appearances since joining Bayern in 2023. Serge Gnabry extended the lead to 4-0 in the 54th minute. 

Holstein Kiel mounted a late comeback, with Finn Porath scoring in the 62nd minute and Steven Skrzybski netting twice in stoppage time. Despite the defensive lapse, Bayern managed to secure the win. Head coach Vincent Kompany expressed frustration over the team's performance in the final minutes but praised Kane's exceptional quality and mentality. 

This victory brings Bayern Munich's point total to 51, further solidifying their position at the top of the Bundesliga standings.
