Borussia Dortmund delivered a commanding performance today, overwhelming Union Berlin with a 6-0 victory at Signal Iduna Park. The match was highlighted by Serhou Guirassy's exceptional display, as he netted four goals, marking the first time a Dortmund player has achieved this feat since Erling Haaland in 2020.
The scoring commenced in the 25th minute when Julian Ryerson's shot from outside the box deflected off a defender, giving Dortmund an early lead. Guirassy extended the advantage before halftime, heading in a precise cross from Pascal Groß in the 40th minute.

In the second half, Guirassy continued his dominance, completing his hat-trick with goals in the 75th and 79th minutes. He added a fourth in the 84th minute, again capitalizing on a cross from Groß. Maximilian Beier also contributed to the scoreline, netting in the 79th minute.

This victory marks Dortmund's first Bundesliga win under new head coach Niko Kovac, signaling a positive shift in the team's performance. The win propels Dortmund up the league standings, while Union Berlin faces challenges after this significant defeat.
