Neymar has revealed that he once assisted Lionel Messi in refining his penalty-taking skills during their time together at Barcelona.
Speaking on the Podpah podcast, the Brazilian forward shared an intriguing behind-the-scenes moment involving the Argentine legend.
"I helped Messi take penalties! We were in training, and he asked me, 'How do you take penalties like that?'" Neymar recalled. "I was like: Are you crazy? You're Messi! If I can do it, you can too." He went on to explain that he guided Messi through his technique, and the Argentine practiced based on his advice.
During their time together, Neymar, Messi, and Luis Suárez formed the formidable "MSN" trio, leading Barcelona to multiple trophies, including the UEFA Champions League in the 2014-2015 season. Their chemistry on and off the pitch remains one of the most memorable partnerships in football history.
