Bajčetić, 20, began his career at Celta Vigo before joining Liverpool in December 2020. He made his senior debut for the club in August 2022 and has since appeared in 22 matches, scoring once. He was loaned to Red Bull Salzburg in August 2024, where he made 19 appearances, including six in the UEFA Champions League.
This loan move to Las Palmas provides Bajčetić with an opportunity to gain further experience in Spain's top tier, playing in a versatile midfield role. Las Palmas, currently in 15th place in La Liga, will benefit from his ability to contribute both defensively and offensively in midfield. The club is also strengthening its midfield following the suspension of Dário Essugo.
The 20-year-old is expected to be presented as a Las Palmas player ahead of coach Diego Martínez’s press conference.
