Inter Milan Advance to Champions League Quarter-Finals with Victory over Feyenoord

Inter Milan secured their place in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals with a 2-1 victory over Feyenoord in the second leg of their Round of 16 tie on March 11, 2025, at San Siro Stadium. This win resulted in a 4-1 aggregate score in favor of the Italian side. 

Inter's forward, Marcus Thuram, opened the scoring in the 8th minute, demonstrating remarkable resilience as he continues to play through a persistent ankle injury that has affected his fitness over the past month. 

Feyenoord's Jakub Moder equalized in the 63rd minute, but Inter regained the lead just four minutes later when Hakan Çalhanoglu found the back of the net, sealing the match at 2-1. 

Inter will face Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals, a challenge that both Thuram and coach Simone Inzaghi are approaching with confidence. Thuram emphasized the team's winning mentality, stating, "All of the teams are beatable. It'll be difficult against Bayern, but we'll see."
