Mikel Arteta Provides Positive Update on Bukayo Saka's Return: "He Feels Really Good"

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided an optimistic update on Bukayo Saka's recovery from a hamstring injury.

Following Saka's surgery in December, Arteta noted that the procedure was successful, but anticipated an absence of over two months, depending on the healing process. 

Recent reports suggest that Saka is progressing well in his rehabilitation. Arteta expressed hope that both Saka and Gabriel Martinelli would return to action after the international break, with a potential appearance against Fulham on April 1. He emphasized the importance of monitoring their progress closely, given their extended absence. 

Arteta stated, "After the international break, let's see where he is. He feels really good." He further added, "He's really willing. We are positive that he will be back within a few weeks."

The return of Saka and Martinelli is eagerly anticipated, as their absence has been felt in Arsenal's recent performances. The team has struggled offensively, drawing 0-0 against Nottingham Forest and falling 1-0 to West Ham United. Their potential return offers a much-needed boost to Arsenal's attacking options in the coming weeks.
