Real Madrid handed huge boost as two key players set to be fit for UCL clash with Arsenal

Carlo Ancelotti, Real Madrid's manager, has expressed optimism regarding the potential return of Dani Ceballos and Ferland Mendy for the upcoming matches against Arsenal.

It's been learnt that the two players have been sidelined due to injuries but are reportedly making significant progress in their recovery. 

Ancelotti stated, "We are trying to recover Ceballos and Mendy for the first leg against Arsenal."

Ceballos, who has been on loan at Arsenal, has not featured since November due to a muscle injury. Recent reports suggest he is seeking to return to Real Madrid, aiming to secure more regular playing time ahead of major tournaments.

Mendy, recovering from a muscle injury, is also expected to rejoin the squad soon. Ancelotti has previously emphasized Mendy's importance to the team, highlighting his defensive solidity.

The potential return of both players is timely, as Real Madrid faces a critical phase in the season, with pivotal matches in both domestic and European competitions.
