AC Milan and Inter Milan Draw 1-1 in Tense Coppa Italia Semifinal First Leg at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza

AC Milan played to a 1-1 draw against Inter Milan in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semifinal at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on April 2, 2025. 

The match started with both teams creating opportunities, but AC Milan broke the deadlock early in the second half. 

Tammy Abraham opened the scoring in the 47th minute, finishing a rebound inside the box. However, Inter Milan responded quickly, and in the 67th minute, Hakan Çalhanoğlu leveled the score with a powerful long-range shot.

Despite continued pressure from both sides, neither team could find a winning goal, and the match ended in a draw. The two teams will meet again for the second leg on April 16, 2025, at the same venue, with both aiming for a spot in the Coppa Italia final.
