Dani Olmo has returned to team training after recovering from a muscular injury sustained during Barcelona's 3-0 victory over Osasuna in March.
The Spanish international suffered a myofascial injury to the adductor of his right leg, forcing him off the pitch after just 28 minutes despite scoring a penalty earlier in the match.
The injury had kept him out of action for several weeks, with an initial recovery timeline of three weeks.
Now back in training, Olmo is targeting a return to competitive play. Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has approached the player's reintegration cautiously, aiming to ensure his recovery is managed carefully to avoid further setbacks.
Olmo's return comes at a crucial time, as Barcelona faces a packed schedule with important domestic and European fixtures, including an anticipated clash against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
